Lighting Is there any point?

Sounds good buddy, I'm just going to buy another 80watt cfl but full spectrum so then all in all I'll have a t5 48watt 6.7k light with 2x 80watt cfl's one warm white and the other full spectrum hopefully some good results

So I've just installed an 80w 3k cfl into my grow had nowhere to hang it so I improvised with the power of books will be adding another one shortly, here's a few pictures for any feedback on the light distance from my plants? The fan is directly on it bearing in mind

Hi dude I hang mine about 3inch away from my plants. Rule of thumb is put the back of your hand facing the bulb at the same hight of the plant for 10 or so seconds, if it gets to hot for your hand it'll be to hot for your plants.

If I were you, I would buy a cheap 2nd hand led on ebay. You can get them for very cheap in auctions Or... What I did was buy a new prakasa 90w ufo for £89.99 (12 months warranty), used it for 2 grows, then sold it on ebay for £50. £40 out lay but will give you an extra chunk to reinvest in lighting and is affordable. I think they are £79.99 now too. I would use it over a 125w cfl any day of the week.
