It's been quite awhile since I made seeds but I have to agree that she looks pregnant. If there are no other plants around she may have hermied a while ago and that is the source of the pollen.

I would say its a fem. But an unusual one. I have grown plants that look similar. Not huge crops but still nice weed. I can not see any balls, so I do not think it is a male, but just one of those kinda Dr Grinspoon type females. IMHO........eP.
Looks like just genetics to me, fat calyx's. If she hermied you would see evidence imo. Grew Grinspoon a few years ago, nice stuff but not much at all, reminded me of a bunch of cherries, well, cherry on a stick lol
