Hey guys!
I'm popping over to here to put out some feelers. I have an auto pounder, 20 days old in coco/advanced no 4 mix. She gets general organics go box nutes and the pH runoff is about 5.5-5.6
She's under 125w cfl in a perpetual tent.

A few days ago I noticed this pale streak on one leaflet. In a few days it has shown up on many leaflets and is spreading.
I am worried its thrips.
Tomorrow they all get a feed and I will be adding azamax to it as well as doing a foliar.

Is that what this is or is it something totally different?

Thanks!

At first glance it doesnt look like a pest to me. If it was Thrips you would see the Larvae.
Maybe PH levels too low? not enough spectrum in your lights?
Looks like some sort of deficiancy but not water or nutes.
Up the PH and lights, what schedule is she on?

20/4 and feed every third day. She's under 6500k CFLs with 2700k t5 running along the back. She's in coco so I thought the good pH level was 5.5 and everything else is green growing and happy...ill treat for pests just in case but its weird.

Im not familar with coco too much really.I thought that any medium thats not hydro needed to be around 6.1-6.5.Do you PH your water.I had a prob like that last year.i dont see the thrips thing at all.I had some die back that looked a little similar to that.I just pinched the one leaf I had an issue with.I looked in Jorges book but its not that detailed either as far as a pic.or even ED Rosenthals book too.it has something that looks kinda like it,and it has to do with PH and/or nutes.I doubt your nutes are off your on POINT my friend.I'm comin to you for set up advice for my tent.LOL!

Your ph is ok for coco although I run mine at around 5.8 Im not sure that is a pest

Hey just a thought but you might look up griver's grow journals on here. He grows in nothing but coco. He runs his Ph at 6.5

not sure about griver's journals I'll look them up later as I do coco and want to learn anything about it, but anywhere else I read PH for coco should be below 6, I have mine in the 5.6-5.8 zone and it seems perfect. tbh this is the first time I hear of 6.5 PH with coco, not only that but early in my grow I've had some lockout because my PH was fluctuating towards 6.0-6.1 immediately after fixing the PH it all got sorted.

Thats whats so great about coco you can flush and adjust every water Im happy to let mine drift to 6
when I test the drain off if it goes above 6 I lower the ph to say 5.6 and until she settles at 5.8 on the drain off
A healthy mix of perlite does wonders to lighten the mix as well and makes things easier

Yo, im back, yup, i agree with the group.
Doesnt look like a pest tho more to do with whats mentioned above by all pro growers.
Some sort of defiency going on but she'll probably get through it as she looses leaves naturally
