Grow Mediums Is this good bacteria in my dwc?

I cleaned my systems and roots with nutrilife h202 2 days ago. I added gold root excelulator , Fox Farms Microbrewery tea and aqua shield as I had the start of root rot 2 weeks ago.

Doesn't look like it .... I've seen worse and the plant was fine ... do you have anything u can use to find your water temps in your resvoir ?
