Is this LED Bleaching?

New LED user hum? Yep, the tiniest lithe thing pops up under LED. I first mistook new growth as burn. Tip of the leafs look burnt under LED and the slightest yellowing reflect really bright. But once you see them under a CFL or daylight, nothing but health shows up.

Indeed it does my friend, I noticed that very early on....looks kinda freaky.
