Is this N toxicity

"Problem: I'm in a country where I cannot read the language. I bought soil based on the PH which I could read as 6-6.5, I planted 1 seed into a jiffy pellet which is looking more healthy than its sibling which was planted straight into the soil. I don't know whether it's a slow release soil or if it's just HOT at the moment. The growth of the second seed which went straight into the soil is growing slowly, the other is currently developing ok, however it also slowed compared to the raider it was initially growing at, could be because its roots have only just made contact with the soil?
Medium: SOIL 6-6.5 PH
Feed: no feed, nothing but water
Strain: Fast and Vast auto from seed
Climate: max temps 30c min 26c
Additional info: I noticed only yesterday by the shape of the leaves.

I'd really appreciate some advice on what to do, if it's slow release which I'm not sure it is will my entire grow suffer. Really don't know what to do.

She's hungry! What soil are you using? Toxicity occurs when there is too much N and at causes lockout... what you are seeing is deficiency... Lack of Nitrogen will cause the yellowing...

... no, not an N-tox. issue fortunately,... I'm not sure if it's the camera flash that's causing the yellow look?.. it's not bad I think, and some plants are paler than others,.. I see no burn signs, or distorting,.. might be the one liked the jiffy better than the soil! Hard to say if that soil is too hot, without knowing what brand and it's components,...and pH may not be as advertised! try and get us a natural light pic without the flash so I can evaluate the color better please,..

Thanks for your help, still no developing of the smaller seedling in over 24 hours

The soil is advertised as 6-6.5 but I've also ph'd the run off and it was 6.5 so bang on.
It's a generic brand of soil just bought from garden center.
I have not fed the plant at all.
I will get a picture in natural light up tomorrow when it's day time.

Reason I suspected maybe N toxicity is because of the no growth and spooning of the leaves and downward pointing tips. They have only had 1 watering and apart from that when they were first developing I sprayed near the base of the stem with ph 6 water to moisten and ad humidity.

The color is a deep green, not too dark not light. The sister plant is growing fine, side branching is developing and the peimary shoot is growing steadily.
"The healthy" seedling is 3 times the size of the "sick" one but only 3 days older. The only difference is the healthy one was germinated in a jiffy pellet.

Hi Rebel the plant is not yellowing, could be the flash a Waira said. It's only 9 days old, the sister is 12 days old and thriving. Bigger plant is around 3 times the size in comparison. I really don't want to feed until the small seedling gets to about the same size as her sis say 3 nodes high. What do you think about the slow growth and spooning of the leaves? I'm only going what I read about deficiency related to slow growth. Considering the only variable is that one is in a jiffy pellet the other is straight into the soil.

I have ordered calmag and Rhizotonic for them should be here in a week or so.

I really don't want to feed until the small seedling gets to about the same size as her sis say 3 nodes high. What do you think about the slow growth and spooning of the leaves? I've watered once it was 2 days ago, soil is drying out on big plant and still moist for the smaller seedling. Here's a pic I have just taken so you can see the development. One question I do have is, should I just water around the main stem with say 1 cup of water rather than soaking the entire soil and letting some run off? My first autoflower grow I've been used to transplanting photoperiod 3 times. And I'm still a beginner only grown a couple of times.
Personally i think that the bigger girl is looking great for 12 days old, shes pushing side branches our already. Just worried about the small one

also forgot to say I leave lights on 24hrs think of dropping to 20 now, but couldn't see why that would stop development

Here are the girls in natural light.
The colors are different between the 2 plants, could just be genetics.

Thanks for your help, I suppose I'm just being a hypocondriac. I'm sure you understand my frustration with the 1 plant being so much bigger and beautiful
