I noticed the other two or ok I'm guessing.

Look close if it's got that clear film husk over it, gently spray it with water real good, then let it sit a minute, and you should be able to very carefully slide it off the leaves. If you're just referring to the light color, it happens sometimes, then it's a waiting game to watch them open up.

The one on the left looks like it got planted too deep and had to fight it's way to the surface..

The middle one looks ok..so far

The one on the right is begging for more light, that's why it looks so stringy. Move the light closer and gently add soil to about 1/2 inch below the first leaves.

thanks my question was mostly about the premature looking seedling, it started forming the baby leafs but it still hasn't split apart.

I recognized the mistake you made on that one because I've done it was well..lol The lack of any green in the seed leaves is the giveaway. Like Gatorbackbob said, keep it moist and it should be ok, it's growth will be slowed down for a bit because of it though.

Sometimes I have to slide it off with a toothpick

Spray the leaves with water, wait 3-5 minutes, and try to roll it off, from the base of the leaves up toward the head, it looks like a clear condom on it if that makes sense, be very gentle
