Does anyone know if the discoloration around the veins is normal?

-- she looks like a mutie to me, , but sometimes they grow out of this leaf deformation,... see what another couple sets of leaves shows; if she stays that way, and clearly lacks vigor/health, then it's probably best to cull and start over.... it sucks, but it beat wasting a whole cycle on a loser seedling... Every seed is a little gamble, and on occasion you'll get a poor performer....
