I think that hydro jar is pretty cool too! If you're going for the Kratky make sure air circulates down in there.

I hope my red poison is fire if not at least it will look cool haha. yes, i will complete the jar grow in the jar, i enjoyed the pepper i did this way so i am trying canna with it.

It is pretty cool, i think next grow I'll do a 5 gallon bucket version of it :smoking: I do leave a gap for the roots to air prune or whatever it is called when they get fuzzy, other than that its a easy grow, i just top off what it drinks each day and don't let it sit in the same standing water for to many weeks, they seem to like res changes every 3-4 weeks or they rot, ask my poor pepper plant haha.

Day 21 from seed, i added some bamboo sticks for support and lst, gave some buildaflower and bokashi with a little spray in.

Red poison has been looking funny since week 1 but I'm sure she will outgrow it like her sister did and Trizkits is blasting off looking amazing.

Miss jar grow is pretty simple i just top off what she drinks each day with some 400ppm mega crop v3 and some calmag,epson salt mix. i'll up it to 650ppm here soon.

Well I have 2 different types of plants for sure both under same conditions, same container, with the same lights. Trizkits is a rock star while red poison has looked sick since week 1 but seems to be improving slowly, i tied her down last week or so to encourage some side branches to grow up and it worked, I'm seeing some red coming in on the buds so that makes another red girl even if she is small and struggling.

Mason jar has been upgraded for the 2nd time now going from a half gallon to a 2.5 gallon water jug, added some hydroguard, epson salt, calmag, bud explosion, and mega crop adding up to 660ppm, added 2 air stones just for you @Tom Bombadil and a temp sensor for the water temp which stays 71F, tested all day today.

Mid week pics with the new light.

Hydro jug was ph 6.6 when i tested her today and 0.6 gallon lower than her marked full spot, i topped her off with the last of the rain water and ph'ed her res back down to 5.9 ppm was 670, clipped off some more bottom sucker branches and i see 12 or so nice tops all growing almost equal in size.

Red poison is starting to turn more red taking her nearest leafs with her i tried tying her mains down a little more to see what happens.

Trizkits is a monster, i have cut off a ton of her the past week and think i am about done clipping her, i see more but can't reach the back, oh well good enough.

Thank you :smoking: 100% at 18-21" temps holding 79f-81f avg 80f, the removable driver with tons of extra cord was a great on the design.

Yea the removable driver is nice!! My girls still getting 75% of it at 17" now. Stretch is on!!
