Need some input , is this plant ready

I dont see any amber trichs and only a few amber pistils. The pistils (hairs) should be mostly amber and curled into the bud. These are mostly white and sticking straight out. I see clear some clear trichs and some cloudy, but no amber. Id say it still has a few weeks to go.

The best way to check on harvest readiness is with a pocket scope or usb cam. Then you can see what the the trichomes are up to.
