The white spots may be an insect then, leaf miners, etc.
6.2 is very low for organic soil, 6.5 - 7.0 is your target.

Here's a trick that may help ph:

put 1/8 tsp. baking soda in a gallon of water water. Just once, water with slightly less than you would normally use.

Baking soda is a power base, and acts as a ph buffer. That may get you into a good range.

Hey-o pop.
The soil cooked for a full 2 months prior to use. So with that, could the current soil ph of 6.2 be an issue in calcium and magnesium lockout?
I wondered at the burnt tips being toxicity. The browning to crispy areas are for the most part appearing somewhere within the leaf body at first, then coming out on the tips.

The white spots/blocks/areas.........
I hadn't thought of mildew. Damn but I wish I could get better pics.
Anyhoo, the white areas seem random in location and appearance. They don't rub off or smudge. Some but not all progress from white to rust to brown to crispy hole.

I got crabs from a construction site toilet years back.
Dealt with head lice a couple times while my kids were young.

When it comes to bugs I get all... uuugggghhhhhh!

So the baking soda will be a temporary ph fix? I'll give the plants some tomorrow morning.
As for possible insect aspect again, damned if I can find any critters or their poop spots. It's been 7 days since the last Neem spray down. Any reason to hold off on another application of the Neem?

Thanks fer yer time @pop22

I'd wait a couple days after the ph treatment. no sense stressing her too much.
