Ffs. Just had a meeting with our business bank manager. He basically told us not to pay our cash takings into the business account as it creates a paper trail for the tax man, he advised to use cash transactions as much as possible, receipts can go missing and electronic ones can't.

I really wasn't expecting a lesson on tax avoidance from the geezer!

Yep basics this, Iive off the cash and only put enough into the account to cover the business bills. If they can't 'see' profit, u ain't paying tax on it.

I think he'd been drinking.

He did point out that our cash takings will fall to virtually nothing in 5 years, that card payments will be 80% of all payments by then.

I'd also like to point out our weed consumption has dropped, no dope on the van till we know the round inside and out. Our 1oz (3 day jar) now lasts 4 days!

We've had loads of positive feed back from customers, there's a lot more choice with us and it seems like itisher knows product placement, she's also very charismatic when she's turns up the charm, I'll just ride on her skirt tails and make the coffee for now!
