Everything looks great man really nice and healthy, i wouldn't worry about that seedling she is going to be fine now that you have sorted her out. You could have started the girls under the Hps from start to finish, works fine for me.
If you are using a 600w HPs i recommend that you start Some where between 25- 30 inches from the top of your plant is the correct distance. After a while you can move the light down bit by bit but you probably wont need to as they will most likely follow the light and grow up towards it.

Thanks again Grim dude! I have them sleeping now but when they wake up i'm going to put them under the HPS. I've seen some pics of seedlings under HPS and they seem to love it! I'm glad to hear they're ok, was freaking out a little last night, thought they we're gonna end up all lanky & flimsy. I'm gonna have to name one of these girls after you man with all the help :tiphat:

The stretching is normal, plants will lean to whatever side they are getting the most light. They look healthy, but I would suggest you put more distance between you lights and you plants I'd say at least 8-12inches away until they hit strech. Be careful you don't put you 600w too close also. Your gaining to want at LEAST at foot using a hps

My ballast is only for 600W, I was buying a fan today for the tent and the guy told me i can easily keep them like they are for another 10-14 days so i think i'll leave them for now. I love the look of the HPS when it's on, something very cool about it . The temps were getting up to 30 degrees Celsius without the fan so when it's time to rock and roll i think it should be ok when i add the fan. I can't wait to see these girls take off! I've seen some journals here of the AU and it looks beastly! Can't wait to try the Kush n Cheese too. Delighted to have you along man and if you ever have anything to add or suggest don't be shy :Sharing One:I'll be posting some more pics tomorrow, I've changed a few things around and they seem to be loving it . I added my exhaust fan as an intake to give them a little movement and already the stems are getting thicker and the one that was a bit flimsy is beginning to stand on her own again after 24 hours. I don't know if it's like that for most cannabis plants but they're responding so quickly Making it easier for me to know whats working :thumbs:

Hey, whats up my brother. Plants are looking fresh man, your doing great my friend. Love to see new grows doing WAY better then my first.
I rushed and did so many stupid things lol. It was free seeds though. So, I was just having fun and learning so I could grow the seeds I pay for correctly lol.

I would like to share a little advice that I learned from my first 2 grows.

When ever you think something is wrong with your plants. What ever you do. Don't let yourself get to worried about abnormalities. I made some stupid decisions my first grow because I was anxious to resolve the problem, and freaking out about it. I’m not saying your doing that though. You really are doing a great job man. I just want to give you a heads up before this possibility arises my good man. Its a wonderful journey man. I’m definitely hooked bro. It's an addiction I can feel good about lol. Who needs silly drugs when you have natural things to harmonize the body and mind. :Ohmmm.......:
