I get a heaped teaspoon and stir it into the water. Warm water works better so if you've had some out to de chlorinate, pop it in a microwaveable jug, and warm it up for 30 seconds and then add and stir your molasses in.
I've been working on the less is more thinking so add 1 heaped teaspoon per five litres - i'm not sure what everyone else does ^_^
