My first venture into coco turned into a drain to waste system.
Insane results. 6oz yield from a 2 gallon Airpot.

Welcome Ronin, glad to have you on board. That is one sexy yield!! I hope to get 4 oz total.. but wouldnt complain if I got 6 per hahahaha I can dream...

I wish all the others that followed turned out like her. Working on that...
Lately I have been treating my coco ladies like hydro girls.
No dry out period. The results have been great.

HOLY... :drool: That's the biggest plant I've ever seen in coco. Craaaazy. Hope to get a couple of those in my 3x3 tent lol great job man what strain is that??

Looking forward to this Jay,I'm still new to coco so doing hand watering and boring it is..! but wanted to get to know my new medium up close and personal.
Next run will be with auto pots seeing as I bought them, but following your grow will help me see in I might go with a drip after that, if you get good results .
I like to try new methods so I can get best from my plants.I got to say I am loving coco as a substrate and that pic of you plant in that airpot Awesome bro :Cool bud:

Thanks for the kind words arty zan. I started the same way bro, first grow in coco I handwatered every 2 or 3 days, got good results. Next grow I watered every day and got good results too, but not better. This third time the automated feedings should take it to the next level.

Gotta love coco. This is the third time I use the same batch and still looks as good as the day I got it. Coco Power!!

Wanted to show yall my table, used cheap pine with a few screws and nails here and there. For the top I used aluminum screen.. at first I put one layer but found it too weak so I added a double layer on top so three layers of screen. Seems better now but hope it holds up. Another thing I noticed I shoulda used big washers instead of tacks. Hindsight always 2020 lol.

In the bottom of the table I lined plastic sheeting and put a hole in the center for drainage. Much better than using the corrugated plastic and gutters.

Overall the table is 20" tall, and 30"x30" wide. Plenty of space underneath for the 5 gallon reservoir, all my nutes and tools

Up next is fitting the scrog.

Here's a pic of my scrog. Used cheap fishing line for the rows spaced out at 2.5" came out nice and tight
