Here is my room, I have some DP Glueberry in paper towels at the moment. Going in coir with autopots with coir and airdomes, I have a 1.5x1.5x2 tent with rvk5" intake and 6" shout out. I have a an 80wed to start and then maxibright daylight 315. I am going to go for two once the plants have developed. Nutes are AN sensi grow/bloom, Cal mag, silicate, I may also buy some terpinator. I just want a.good result guys
Once the tap root has shown a few mm and I plant it should stay dark until the seed has sprouted??? Sorry for the daft questions guys. I have read the Ronin sticky I just want to see how everyone does it as I don't want to ruin it at this stage.
Coir has had around 1.5 litre of ph5.7 water with cal mag and home and garden root stimulator at 50%.

Nice set-up @James0807 ....welcome to AFN brother man - just joined recently myself.. great place this bro.. really cool people hangin around.. just smokin and chattin and growing!! 
......and yeah about your question once the taproot has been planted and covered with soil.. it don't really matter bro if ur lights on or off - but for auto's as soon as they pop up above the soil its good to have some light going.. I'm new to Auto's too.. so I'm just passing on the advice I got
