with poor lighting your plants will probably stretch making them lanky, hard to light and possibly too big for that.
you can cannibilise household lights (someone correct me if very unsafe) ive used tablelamps etc. i would add whatever light you can. high of 80 with just those lights seems high whats your ambient temp like? living somewhere hot i assume.
just to warn you of some possibilities.

HI ViracochaDWC!!! The more the merrier!!! 
. She's all by herself, still under 20-4 lighting but it's 2700k lights. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I was told that even autoflowers produce better under that type of lighting, just don't change the light schedule. Also, tore apart the new grow box and brought it upstairs. It's less humid up here. Found that the humidity level went way up with the plants in the basement. Rather than fight with it, it was easier for me to move the whole thing upstairs. Also, when I put it back together, I made it smaller so that I don't need to sweat whether I have enough lights or not. I took Brgt's advice one step futher, if I haven't got the lights, make it smaller instead!! Now I have a tiny veg room (the original closet) and a flower room (the handmade grow box). Each one is just big enough for 2 plants each and just enough lights to cover both!!!!
