New Grower Keeping autoflowers small

Aloha,

I was watching a you tube video where a guy was talking about keeping larger autoflower strains small by transplanting just prior to the stretch that would normally occur as the plant flowers.

Anyone experience something similar to this?

That will work or you can just leave then in small pots. Last grow i did in 2 gal pots they only got 14" to 16" tall if I grow my strain in 5 gal pots they usually get about 24"to 28" tall. But that is my personal strain grown outdoors yours outcome may vary.
