Lighting Kingbrite Contact?

Ive been trying to get one a kingbrite light. However it proves pretty difficult to actually get in contact with them!

I have one of the sales people on whatsapp and trying to buy one but she is very inactive.

Anyone know a faster way of getting one? Im trying to contact them directly of course, or have a contact from Kingbrite that i can speak with?

Fast is going to depend on what part of the world you are in as they are in China. With Covid-19 ramping up world wide I would not expect anything to happen fast. This is their store and there is a chat option.

I have two ts600 lights by them. I was looking for a 240w and managed to order one from Kingbrite.

I'd personally never go to anywhere else such as Mars again. Simply because they are highly over priced man. Their ts1000 and so on uses SMD leds which are outdated.

Kingbrite 240w uses LM301H and Cree far red, UV and IR.. and they allowed me to request a custom spectrum to my liking. UV AND IR have switches because I only wanna use during bloom. Crazy value for the money compared to else where. The price of this wasn't much more than a mars ts1000

Vicki. I tried to get a hold of Vivi via whatsapp but I dunno if the number was wrong because there was no name listed and such. Mine will be here on the 1st of dec

What spectrum did you go for?

I choose a mix of 3000-3500k, far red cree, uv, ir, and has a switch for those two

Just the 3500k no add ons, did alot of research and next purchase will prob be geeklight 480w with switchable uv and ir... When uv/ir are on not getting full 240w. But only time you'll be running full power is in flower... Guess I was torn and pulled the trigger on something familiar...to be honest...

That's true brother regarding the wattage. I will have two mars ts600s in there too. If im not mistaken they pull around 90 watts. Ill be using around 400 watts no doubt.

Nice. That geeklight will prob be added to the tent and that would provide enough uv/ir for whole tent
