Grow Mediums Kosher Doing Coco! v3

Might have been as you say, but it depended on the phenotypes...I had some nice buds but it's possible they where a bit fluffy and the taste wasn't 100% but the yield weighted up that IMO. I think the au needed a bit longer cure then the rest to be fine.
I see that you have some high quality seeds on the go... yummi.
May I ask why u use tents instead of letting the 6x600 cross their light beams for an more even light spread and ( possible? ) higher yield?

yes, i should have done it that way but i had to use different rooms eventually. im not sure about better light spread or yield anyway im only looking to have 1.1 pound per tray (600w x 6 plants) x 6trays.

Okey.... so you looking for that 1 gpw ( bulb wattage ) ? Im pretty sure multiple light-angles gets a higher yeild. My TBs are under 4x600 = 2400W and i estimate i will get more then 4 kg... i see my self as a rookie but about this i feel pretty sure. There will be other future grows for u i suspect and with the wattage you have u could give it a try one day, just to try and see :) I'll stay around to see how you will rock your grow.

Sure, multiple light angles does gets a higher yield. 4kg thats nice ? how many plants per bulb? and total? im pretty sure i asked you that already on your thread and left unanswered

Ive got 40 of them in there, my plan was to use 6x600 but as this strain didn't get as big as extreme or ultimate on my previous grow i decided to start up 28 AUs under the extra 2x600.... and right now i need to start chopping the TBs to give space for the AUs. My plan just like the TD, AX, AU grow was to line them up by 8x5 under the 6 bulbs. That was perfect IMO, got 6.2 k under the 3600W = 1.72 gpw...
There is no room for walking in between them so when its time for watering 2 lines going out.
A little more work but also no lost space... lost space = lost $$$

I could barely fit 4 auto ultimates in a 600w tray lol you got 10 in a tray? are you doing soil?

i tried to pick up a pic of the 4 umas in a 1.20x1.20 space all covered up its not that good but you can understand that there is no way for 10 of these coco ladies to grow in that space no matter what, and thats just the beginning of flowering phase

Soil yes.... but with the 6 bulbs on that grow made the extra place where you normally couldn't have a row, but with light from multiple lights it creates rows that wouldn't be possible with 1 bulb. Do you want me to do a drawing at Paint so it's easier to see what I mean. With ultimate I used 6 bulbs Wich gave around 6,5 per tray.

Now it makes sense with soil and small containers you can easily pick up 10 in a tray no drawing is required brother tdam! i grow in coco and im using 1 gallon containers i run a multi feed drip system i grow smaller number of plants but they get stupid big. plus i like the hydro experience.. hugs man stick around :Dmuch to learn by sharing experience :)

Yes but I use 15 liters containers, not so small.... :) with 4 aus in a 120 x 120 understand it get crowded coz of the walls of the tent.... if I did Aus now in a 120x120 i know it would be very crowded thats why i skip the tents. I tried coco before this run and now I'm back to soil.. I wasn't happy by day 30 so they all went to the bin....... even got a 40 autopot system but I prefer handwatering.... it fits me better. Maybe I'll give it a try again.....

This is it guys, groundzero i took me some time and a lot of back pains and aprox 5gram of great weed to wash 300L coco-perlite mix to clean and balance the EC to tapwater level. 100%germ rate, bbks are just rushing out 10 hours past since transplanting and already popping out the dirt:> hoping for strong and hopefully purple phenotypes!

Here Its is
