No. Give your normal amount of water only when the pot feels light, same as when you were feeding throughout the grow. Make sure you pH the water to around 6.5.

No, it won't harm them but you'll lose out on giving them another feeding or two.

Thats it beside a 2L bottle of pop, the main cola is roughly 5-6inch
