Lighting Led height

I am running a 500 watt series 3 red speck dimmable in a 4x4 tent i am currently running at 250 watts at 30 in the plants are day 41 my question is what are the height of the light in different stages i am running ilgm gorilla glue the temps are 80day and 74 night 18/6 autopots with sub cool soil recipe calmag and rain water

There are multiple factors for this one... the light itself, obviously (power / intensity) . But also the genetics of the plants. I've had many that would take just about anything you wanted... and others that would turn their leaves sideways and grumble at 75% of my normal full power.

But... a general rule of thumb.
Sprouts require almost no light, seedlings are minimal. I'm usually as t about 150w over 16 sqft. At about 40"
Veg I bring things into the upper 20"s
Flower I keep bringing the light down little by little till I see burn, and then come up some. I usually find that 18 to 24" is where I end up.

I'm usually 100% after sexing. So maybe week 3-4
