My fingertips are sore and my eyes blurry searching for an answer.
I'm looking for a LED replacement for a grow box that is 3 foot high X 2 foot wide and 1 foot deep.
Current setup is 6- 23 Watt CFLs. The problem is heat. I have 2- 2inch passive intakes, 3- 120mm exhaust fans.
It would be nice to have something that can switch from veg. to flower mode and vice versa. But my immediate question is Wattage that I should be looking at.
Thanks ahead of time to the brainiacs out there.

Don't worry about veg and bloom spectrums most good LED spectrums are developed for seed to weed and your going to want 30 - 40w per square foot. I would love to recommend the new GN unit as it's small but I've not used it yet.

Here's what I'm thinking. A 100Watt Blackstar, supplemented by 1 or even 2 - 24 Watt CFLs. That should take care of the heat issue caused by 6-CFLs and possibly mitigate the LED cal/mag issue.
