Live Stoner Chat LEDs + Veggies ??

Hey y'all ... I'm trying to put some size on my veggies (Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, String Beans, Corn) before I put them outside to feed the squirrels ... Peppers and tomatoes were purchased already sprouted but I'd still like to get some size to them .... beans and corn will be going into large sized peat pellets and are currently soaking .... I have a sunny spot to transplant them too assuming I can get them to grow a little ....

Anybody got any tips for using LEDs for fast starts on Vegetables ??
