Jesus, that one right there... that would make me smoke. I haven't smoked in ages, but that right there... oh man. That's beautiful!

Everybody is diggin' the blue around here also. I got a shit load of the cobalt blue so when my kiln comes in be expecting to see a bunch of them. It should be being shipped next week sometime I hope but it has to be shipped large freight which is a tractor trailer from Oregon so better expect another week on that.

Cracking is always a problem even with a kiln. That is a very nice pipe. Did it crack around the bumps on the bowl?

Nope It cracked all around the bubble It's not from not melting in good enough everything is melting in even. I'm pretty sure it's from thermal shock from uneven cooling. I'm sure when I get my kiln most of my cracking issues will be sussed (I hope). I know I'll still get cracking but a proper annealing will deff make things a lot more stable.

WOW Thank's everybody For all the kind comment's :o I'm glad everybody approves, So I guess I can say my pipes are stoner approved :D

^No worries bro you know I got you my friend.

Thats some nice looking work there. I'm digging the blue also!!

It's a beautiful pipe, no doubt! I was just asking because the pictures were hard to see if the buttons got melted in enough. Bowls crack because the graphite punch pulls a lot of heat out of the glass leaving stress behind. Some times it helps to tap the graphite punch through the flame (at a distance) a couple times to warm it up.

The blue pipe is the nuts L3V3R defiantly my favorite piece on this thread so far, its a real sh##ter it cracked mate, I've said it before but Bring on the kiln!

:peace:
