What is the general consensus around here. 24 hours of light or 18-20?

I've never grown an autoflower and while I know that opinions vary, I was wondering what are the majority of people here using for number of hours of light in a 24 hour period.

Thanks

Tom

strain dependent

some love 24/0
some prefer 20/4
even 18/6 and everything in between.

For me 24/0 over winter helps keep temps in the zone.
Summer 18/6 or 19/5 is preferable during peak daytime temps, but for some strains, they prefer more.

As a general rule, 20/4 to 24/0 is the usual range.
Pick a number, any number.

Anything from 18-24 hours of light a day will be just fine. During the hot season I grow at 20/4 with lights off during the warmest time of day. This winter I grew 24/0 for the extra heat. Works like a charm. If temps aren’t an issue, I’d grow 24/0 full time. It seemed to save me a solid week. Hope some of this helps. Just what works for me. :d5:

Lol beat me too it! :pass:

With my previous mass built led lights I ran around the clock full spectrum. Now with Autocobs, I have to give the ladies a little a rest
everyday.
