hey pros how far should a keep the light from seedlings and how far from flowering?? Second question is how can I keep the temps down my 2x2 has an ms0006 and my temps are at 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

right now im testing it I havent put in the pots or sprouted yet do u think that will absorb some of the heat??
