Indoor lights keep flickering on and off cant find out why.....

im no expert but it sounds like 1 of 2 things.
1. one of your hoods is not grounded correctly (could just be factory default) and its grounding itself to whatever metal its touching
2. that room is not on a ground fault breaker

and could either of those things possibly lead to a fire?
