I've had that happen when my leds are to close . The fact your not in bloom (calmag) I'd guess that but it's just a guess don't know enough about your grow to really know .
What kind of light are you using ? And how many inches is it from top of your plant?
nothing to sweat hambone... those could be from a few different things, but are so minor as to be negligible,...certainly isn't a deficiency issue, and her color looks really good, so I'd say pH is OK too,... Misting under any fluoro's will not cause "lensing" burn, this phenomena needs a powerful point source light, like HID or to a lesser extent, LED,...or the Sun! But keep in mind, seedling don't want the intensity of light that older plants do, so back the T5's up to about a 1ft for now,... couple set of leaves fill out, and you can get closer, but don't no more than 5", to avoid possible proximity heat stress,...
