These are beef ribs, not pork…

Other than that….these went two hours in the smoke, on the grate…. Then wrapped with a little watered down Worcestershire sauce, and into a 225 oven for an hour….rest thirty minutes…

Wrapped at 170 internal temperature, pulled at 200….
