I held back a zip of tops of each and processed the rest into cobs.

Usually I need to clean the ends of the cylinder after two plugs and the inside of the cylinder after 4 or 5. With the BP I needed to clean all of it after each one or the second one would get stuck requiring my finger to fight and get it out.
This is the aftermath of last nights work.

have not cooked or grilled a regular burger since I started making smash burgers last year sometime. They are just so damn good!

I’ve become partial to the original smash burger…..the Oklahoma onion burger…if you like onions, it’s a real treat. Something about the smell of cooking it reminds me of the fair….
