That’s what got me started down this path…acid reflux, although I was eventually able to heal that.
Along the way, as some of you know, I tested out various diets in order to hopefully find something that was somewhat anti inflammatory….. eventually settled on an intermittent fasting, caloric restriction type diet. It’s really less about ingredients, and more about the actual amount of food…..I really only eat one meal a day, dinner (although I have some fruit around 2pm, and a little more for dessert) ……And don’t consume any calories after about 5 in the evening…..which means a medicinal candy bar is out….

My eating window is generally 2-5 give or take thirty minutes either side….. doing this seems to keep the inflammation down, certainly controls my weight…. And I can pretty much have what I want for the one meal…. No heavy ingredient restrictions, no electrolyte imbalances, etc. The only thing I consume outside of the window is coffee with some whole milk (no sugar) ….
