ditto, I can't eat in the evening due to acid reflux. For help with sleep, it is either pills or the like, or tincture, or vaping for me. So far, my results with tinctures has been even more inconsistent than with vaping though.:cheers:

Darwin award material there. It would be good if they listed the injuries/survival when this stuff is posted. :face:
That’s what got me started down this path…acid reflux, although I was eventually able to heal that.

Along the way, as some of you know, I tested out various diets in order to hopefully find something that was somewhat anti inflammatory….. eventually settled on an intermittent fasting, caloric restriction type diet. It’s really less about ingredients, and more about the actual amount of food…..I really only eat one meal a day, dinner (although I have some fruit around 2pm, and a little more for dessert) ……And don’t consume any calories after about 5 in the evening…..which means a medicinal candy bar is out…. :haha: My eating window is generally 2-5 give or take thirty minutes either side….. doing this seems to keep the inflammation down, certainly controls my weight…. And I can pretty much have what I want for the one meal…. No heavy ingredient restrictions, no electrolyte imbalances, etc. The only thing I consume outside of the window is coffee with some whole milk (no sugar) ….:pass:
 
Nah, that's just pucky, if you want terpenes ya gotta play the right music to them, preferably about something smelly. :crying:

A decaf tea/coffee with a bit of canna oil or tincture might do the trick?

He eats slabs of decarbed rosin for bed! He was just pointing out why a chocolate bar at bedtime was a no go! :thumbsup:

That’s why its chef Frank and not Frank da baker! I’m señor sweets a lot but not him! He’s fruity frank when he imbides his sweet tooth! :shrug::crying::pighug:
