There’s lotsa Mexican food places…. Both upscale, and socal style taco shops…. Idaho has a fairly large Mexican population….

Yeah I was looking at some of the places, didn't see many asada fries but I'm sure they got em. The got enough potatoes thats for sure! Guess I'll have to try  all the spots

Got some cousins in Star Idaho and in Meridian and they all hunt so hopefully they will have some elk for me when I get up there! Last time I went they made elk jerky it was great!

Oh yeah, Idaho is all about the fry sauce…..


Basically, it’s ketchup, mayo, red wine vinegar, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, paprika, white pepper, and a little salt….

In WI we call that fancy sauce. Some people call it fry sauce but a lot refer to it as fancy sauce.
