Meh Nevada is cool but wouldnt wanna live there. And the homeschool laws are still pretty state mandated which is what we want to avoid. There are other great states to homeschool in but the wife is not down to move to the east coast or Alaska so idaho it is.

So as i'm understanding, this after this gets passed, if a bill is introduced to get legalized, it will just get thrown out right away
No it means that citizens can’t collect signatures to get it onto the ballot for the people of the state to vote on it! It would make it like my state where the only option would be for the state government to introduce a bill and vote it into law!

The only way for it to pass would be through legislation, rather than citizen initiatives like everywhere else…

:yoinks: :what?: :yoinks: :nono: :nono: ppp

Dude…. If you’re moving to Idaho, I encourage you to rethink. I’ve lived there in the past…. It’s expensive, you will always be a Californian to them, there’s a hefty undercurrent of racist bullshit, and if you’re planning on breaking their weed laws and get caught, it gets serious rather fast….. there are legal states that are a better option…. In my opinion….

:yeahthat: ppp

Fun fact about Idaho…… my grandfather built the house I grew up in (I lived there until we moved to az when I was eight) ……my parents bought it from him for fair market value in ‘84 for 33k….. today that same house, that hasn’t been updated since the 90’s is valued at 500k….. and no, it ain’t nothing special, my grandpa built it between sips of whiskey, and slaps of grandma…. :yoinks2:
