Cultivation of up to 12 plants but only able to store up to 8ozs of flower at home? I mean I know they aint gonna come around and look but thats like 2 plants grown ok'ish. Way better than what was discussed yesterday.
The only thing that's not going to do anything for the medical person that can't grow.

I know it really can't be all that big, but it could contribute to the expansion of the black market.

That's because you have Chad's and Brads making the legislation.. same shit here in california, the laws contradict themselves but like you said who's going to come and count what everyone has..

Yeah but its still not legal for recreational. You have to have some serious medical conditions to even have a chance to have access to probably very shitty weed so i dont really consider that having some kind of upperhand on idaho. Kinda see them in the same boat so im just laughing at the thought of texas being the last state to legalize..
