I'm not huge on Mexican food because I usually have to order everything without half of the shit on it. I usually get tacos with just meat or meat and cheese. But a lot of the stuff is pretty good without half of the shit on it :pass:
This is so true @JP1 so many cultures' foods individual components are truly a meal in themselves. In the winter I skip the veggies as I crave meat and cheese. In the spring and summer I enjoy all manor of fillings and sometimes just Pico de Gallo. I think that is why I love Taco Tuesday :haha:
 
Because without the parm it would just be….boring carbs under tomato sauce… :rofl: I’m glad we’re starting to agree on something finally :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
I guess that may be partially true. I do just love parmesean tho. I'll just eat a spoonful every now and again.
 
We are having grilled ham and cheese for dinner. I have chicken breasts thawing to make Tonkatsu but got too lazy.

I may be wrong but isn't tonkatsu traditionally made with pork. Now you got me thinking of chashu raman
