I think the thing for Mark to make and sell at his mom’s booth, would be compound butter. I was making some yesterday for steak topping…. And thought he should sell that, since Texans love steak so much. It’s easy to make, and portion…. I bet it would sell.

Yeah...that sells well in the UK ..... ...he could trade for pies and cookies......I've heard hedgehog butter is Amazing.........

No real plans at the moment, it’s so fookin hot out, I don’t really wanna mess with the smoker, since the fire takes some babysitting…

Toast tapas....ideal for the heat.........I'm on beef kebab meat and salad...hubby brought the meat in last night...and there's always enough for 3 portions...
