-2C with a wind chill of -4C was my record for my girls being outdoors in it....woof....Bitter...

I moved 1,200 miles South to avoid this coz the cold actually does cause havoc with nerve damage... ..

I lived most of my life in the NE UK.. probably similar seasonal temps.
I wore an insulated mitt on my hand if I had to go out from September to Easter.....and my arm would be seized up into the false arm position.. limited motion..
I prefer not looking like the dick in the mitt.....

And..the houses in the UK are built for the cold....

Morning. I'm still exactly where I was several hours ago (my clever watch reports 9h51 of sleep - not bad) . In same bed, same cat on lap. Had tea, but now I need breakfast!
