I'm so tired of this broken ass software. I just turned off something here, clearly saw the changes made on the live site, and now about 30 minutes later, the feature is turned back on. No other admin in the logs showing any changes to anything.
 
What makes a cheese curd a cheese curd? Can I make poutine with fresh mozzarella? Or does it need to be actual curd?
Cheese Curd is just unpressed and formed cheese. The only difference is the way it melts in the gravy. Cheese curd gets melty way quicker.

We call it disco fries around here if it's got mozzarella cheese instead of curd
