..I could just eat that...it seems like forever since I last had pastrami....
Good Morning All.........it is supposed to get to +4 Celsius today so I pulled a small 10 pound turkey out and I'm going to fire up the smoker and give it a slow roast. Didn't brine it .....just stuffed herbed butter between the skin and meat and all over the inside, then put a generous coating of barbecue rub on. Can't wait to get the Pit Boss fired up......a sure sign that spring is coming......

Yup..I'm starting to feel it too.....
....but February is traditionally our worst month...so I'm not getting too excited....yet....
...Europe as a whole had the coldest January for 16 years...I knew it wasn't just my bones... December and January were cold...for us....
I'll stick your caliper back in the first aid room again huh...?...
