Good morfnoevight all you happy Monday stoners.


On one of our diving trips to Tasik Ria Indonesia we got complimentary massages include with the resort stay. This little (and I mean little <90# 4'8" girl) was so strong I had to ask her to lighten-up. She made me more sore than a 3 tank day

Deep fried chicken wings and broccoli salad for dinner.

Breakfast was Scampi Argentinian Red Shrimp over scrambled eggs, Praeger's Mushroom Risotto patty, fried zucchini and banana. The Espresso was Brazil/Rwanda.......... so good.

Theres a monastery in Thailand that teaches traditional medicine to monks and nuns. I kept noticing a sign that said "herbal massage" and it was a few bhat more. So the third visit I asked for it. The nun brought an old fashioned rice pot with a muslin bag boiling away.

It felt so good. Wow. The relaxation went beyond anything I had experienced from a massage.

Then I got up to get dressed. Ibwas yellow! Turmeric. SHE CURIED ME!

Most of the locals are a bit darker so it probably doesn’t show as much as a white guy.

That sense of relaxation? Gave way to self consciousness
