Don't panic...the bad LED light bulbs they are talking about is those low energy/low bloody light domestic light bulbs the government forced into use in the UK.

The good/medical use LED's are the ones we are using in grow rooms...notice the mention of the red spectrum...and this confirms what I have been saying for years...

Most lighted growers say they love the time they spend with their girls... without realising that the massively ramped up light intensity is like sitting looking at a SAD light...used to stave off winter depression.


Being in there IS actually doing you good......


I shouldn't have to say...Do not ever go stare directly at any light...but we are #stoners ...

It is more about basking in the reflected glow of the high light intensity while you are working with them...
