OK, My gummies seem to be dry and ready,
wonder what you folks might do
They are very slightly tacky, and have seen where some folks dust them, in sugar , sugar/citric acid , corn starch
Sugar, or sugar/citric acid didn't really stick at this point,So I tried equal parts powdered sugar/corn starch
which seems to be ok, guess it really dont matter being as they are all for ME, just like to do things to the best if possible,
(a problem I have always wanting to be perfect.)
I also read quickly somewhere, will have to look up/find again, That you steam them before sugar coat ??huh

anyway I wonder if you other gummy folks dust your end product ?
OH btw here's the recipe I followed if interested AND if anyone has comments on the recipe/ingredients please .,.,.,.

Guess it dont really matter how they look as long as they work, right?

No Dusting, even though they are tacky, not really sticking together all that much, but do a little bit

If u keep em in the fridge they won’t stick (or mine don’t) and they last longer! Have heard many peeps getting mold leaving at room temp! I use jello and 1/2 and 1/2 tincture and oil! Keeps em softer so they melt in your mouth and kick in quicker!

Thanks F_F , Yeah I keep them in my weed/jar cabinet, its has an a/c duct running into it to keep things real COOL , should be good enough, but if not , fridge.
The Potassium sorbate is for shelf life, but that's one thing in the recipe I dont care as much for, but I did it.
And YES I cant wait till this next harvest, want to make/try Alcohol Tincture and try rosin in edibles
right now im about to run dry with weed :face:, that's why im using up my rosin pucks

EDIT: oh and I love it when you folks post your pictures of food/Pets !!!
