By the sounds of fireworks and church bells I'm guessing we might be on a fiesta day......:cheersmate:.. probably why the beach was full early...and an amber heat alert ... beach is probably the only cool place to be..:headbang:

I don't know what I have against bean, cheese and chorizo burritos but I often don't take their picture. Must be the Mexican in me, oh wait I don't have any, oh wait that is why.

Yesterday's chicken philly cheese with more cheese was better so I did it again.

I could not decide on citrus or rotisserie chicken so, I marinated the whole chicken in the citrus marinade on cooked it in the rotisserie.

Fresh green beans with cherry tomatoes was great alongside the chicken. Then for dessert chocolate cream pie in graham cracker crust with fresh strawberries and coconut whipped topping - fook yeah!

Been dealing with heat stress issues in the tent….since tangie is just inches from the light :doh: …..but really it’s all the plants….the issue isn’t helped with an undimmable light….and the heat wave on top of that….so, I extended the dark period to 7.5 hours, in order to lower the dli…. And it will help keep temps down, since the dark period is in the heat of the day…. We’ll see how it goes…:headbang::pass:I suppose I’ll have to get a higher quality light sooner than later…hlg or something…
I was happy to havest my last 2 without issue. Temps were in the high 90's and humidity in the upper 60's to 70%. I'm in early flower on the next 2 so I have some fudge factor, for now. I guess these are the challenges of the home grow.

What kind of light has no dimmer? I have a medic grow 420 light with a dimmer collecting dust! ;) :eyebrows::rofl:
 
That rotisserie has me spoiled. It is so easy, I bought some netting that replaces tying and works way better. basically you just skewer your meat light the two outside burners, turn on the rotisserie motor, add the smoke packet, close the lid. Come back in an hour check temp add second smoke packet finish chicken to temp. 165°F breast 185°F dark meat. Tent for 5 - 8 minutes. It is some of the best cooked chicken I have eaten all it needs is a béarnaise sauce.
