Breakfast this morning is an experiment on my digestive system. I am testing the Prager's vegan patties again. I quite like them and they are good for you but the last time I ate them my stomach was not happy.

The Antipasto cold cuts from Costco make a very good Italian Sub Sandwich, Midnight Moon cheese, sliced tomato, 3 pepperoncini, shredded lettuce, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, salt Pepper on a Schar GF sandwich roll
