Cold showers I had a great weekend trip, but it's nice coming home to my chair, my weed and my favorite coffee mug. I bought a nice briar pipe in Malta as a memory. I'll get some tobacco and some hash and smoke it tonight. That's how everyone smoked their hash back home when I was a kid.

Oh yes...god send here.......we call full summer 4 showers a day season.

Last one being just before bed and wash your hair...it is the fastest way to cool your body core temps so you can get to sleep....

I had a great weekend trip, but it's nice coming home to my chair, my weed and my favorite coffee mug.

I did quite a bit travelling in my job..into really good hotels..and of course holidays..but how ever much I enjoyed it...that first night home in your own bed is Bliss......

I don't have hair but I do a wet towel turban when it gets too hot. I saw my neighbor do it when I moved here and thought it was goofy as shit. Two days later..

Generally I've been looking at clothes the maroccan inuits wear. Loose thin covering clothes when I move around in the heat. They slap around the body and create a sunfan effect that really keeps the heat off. I can bicycle to work, like 20 km and barely break a sweat. I might look dumb but hey I'm old enough, I don't care.

Yeah... ...had to shoot out early this morning for a standard blood test...8.20 am.

Expecting it to be like the doctor appointments we planned for a 30 minutes wait...so we were going to go to the beach for breakfast...

But I was in and out so fast...out by 8.10.....that nothing was open..so we just come home....
