It has been unseasonably cool here this summer, I hate to say that out loud.

I got the chicken 10# thighs skin on all boned out and cut up along with the 5# white meat boneless and skinless, seasoned ground and back in the frig in under an hour.

sunny & 92 here in mizery....feelz like 107....70% humidity....got a light wind blowin, which helpz a little, but still hot af got one more day of it, then even more rain is forecast ....but tempz will be coolin down to upper 70'z for a few dayz, so....small merciez ppp

Hang in there brotha. We are only half way through it over here. Tomorrow is going to be the spicy one and of course I have to be outside.
