Naw, that is cow's cheese, no can do but the texture is suspect. I use Bella Capra Mozzarella.Have you tried Burrata...?....lots of the cook programs have it now...pimped as the king of mozzarella....not dead expensive...under 3 euros...so I got some....eurk....it was horrible....
It was the cheese equivalent of a really snotty egg....eurk....made me gag...
I'll stick to me mozzarella.........
