Naw, that is cow's cheese, no can do but the texture is suspect. I use Bella Capra Mozzarella.

I call these guys "Geeks get bit by Car Guy bug"!:funny::funny::funny::funny:
I've loosely followed these guys on this particular build, just because of the extreme uniqueness. This is a Ford truck V10 going in a newer Lincoln sedan and being converted from a front wheel drive to a rear wheel drive.
Quite a unique build!

And these guys are definitely geeks with their tech! They have used scanning tools before, but this latest device is quite amazing! If I were still building custom cars, I would definitely get one of these devices! It would simplify building engine swaps with turbo systems On street driven vehicles by a great degree! It still would be helpful in a race car, but the fitment and functionality is much more critical on a street driven vehicle!

All their geekiness has paid off quite well with the exhaust note on this vehicle! No way would you say that this was a Ford truck engine!Bluestruttin

Go to the 36:50 mark to hear the drive by. I think they nailed it, but they need to work on the intake sound now. Use some of that geekiness in tuning the exhaust and apply that to the intake.

Don’t get me wrong i love cheese and would gladly try goats milk cheese just not no fancy kind that has a taste profile description that u wouldn’t exactly think “cheese” if all u had was that description and nothing more!
